"My child had high fever when we visited the clinic, it was our first time, registration was simple and quick, we didn't have to wait long to consult with Dr Jee, he was patient and detailed asking us questions and doing physical checks before arriving at his diagnosis. The nurses were also nice and patient with us. The Clinic has a nice touch where they whatsapp to check in on the patient which I think is a great way for a Doctor to use technology to stay in touch and show his care."
"The clinic has a conducive environment, and it allows appointment booking to be made through their website, which is really convenient, and then you’ll receive message from them following up with your appointment timing and details, making it easy to plan ahead. The clinic’s staffs are all very polite, friendly, and approachable too. The Dr took time to listen to the patient’s concerns and then performed quite a thorough examination too before finalizing the treatment plan for the patient, which is really a plus. The consultation fee for this clinic is within the affordable range too, which I am actually amazed, and grateful of. And lastly the clinic’s staff actually texted me the following day to check up of my condition which I am more amazed, really a plus plus. It’s my first time getting such a wonderful experience from a GP clinic thus highly recommended. Really appreciate the caring attitude of all the clinic’s staffs, thank you. 🙌🙌"
"It was such a pleasing experience to have my treatment over there. I found this clinic randomly through online and decided to give a try to have my cyst removal over there. When I arrived the clinic, the first impression was the environment, I love how they kept the clinic clean and tidy. I consulted the doctor about my condition, I must say Dr Jee really gave me a good consultation on my condition and also explained different types of treatment for my condition. I didn’t feel uncomfortable throughout the entire process, and Dr Jee did a good job for the stitches as well. After a week, I went back for my stitches removal and also decided to do another treatment to remove warts on my toes. I enjoyed the entire treatment in this clinic with the doctor and the team who were helping beside. They even followed up with your condition after the treatment to make sure everything is fine which is really thoughtful to me. I highly recommended this clinic, just based on the two treatment I had over there, this clinic definitely deserves 5 stars rating. Keep it up! And thank you once again to the Doctor and the team! Great job!"
"Sent my little boy for very high fever. The staff very accomodating. Doctor has very good knowledge and asked the right questions to identify the actual sickness. We even got a WhatsApp text the next day, checking in on my boy on hows he's doing. Recomended the right medication. Overall experience for a clinic? Better than A&E. Will make this my new family GP"
